It has taken a day to digest our experience. They took over the old Momas BBQ. The place where I would take my kids for breakfast before school sometimes. The couple that have this place now know what they are doing. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. This is a locals' place. We ordered at the counter from a menu that has the owners' pictures on it. And YES, they were working. We saw an order of Catfish and Grits go out. The catfish looked to be cooked perfectly, golden brown and delicious, and it was a large filet and notnthe after thought we see so much. It was a lot of food. We ordered scrambled eggs with cheese, biscuits and gravy, the pacake breakfast (2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 pancakes) with a side of sausage. The pictures don't do the food justice. OMG good. Tell all of your friends good. Tell your enemies as well. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The bacon was crisp and not paper thin. The bacon has a the perfect thickness. The sausage has really good flavor without being spicy. The pancakes. It takes at least 5 years of cooking breakfast every day in a restaurant to master the art of getting the crispness to the rim of the pancake while aldo having the rest of the pancake be super fluffy. Now for the Biscuits and Gravy. RIDICULOUSLY GOOD!!!! The biscuits were crispy top and bottom with a fluffy interior that are a mix of fluffy, well cooked, and still slightly moist. The sausage gravy..... Did not survive our assault. It was everything you want in sausage gravy. Thick enough to cling to the biscuits while still being well cooked so that the flour turns slightly nutty and compliments the sausage. I amost made myself sick trying to finish all of it. How good is this place? This couple comes in, shoe strings a breakfast place together. Uses whatever they can that was already there. AND THEY KNOCK IT OUT OF THE PARK!!!! I was visiting home for the holidays and I’ve been wanting to try this place since I lived in Memphis. The food was absolutely PHENOMENAL and delicious. The shrimp was seasoned well & eating it with the grits and creamy sauce was such a perfect combination. The catfish was great by itself. The price was worth it as the portion size is good along with the taste and flavor. I can’t wait to go back and try something else.

The shrimp and grits did not disappoint. Creamy and cheesy grits combined with savory toppings. Chef's kiss! I was torn between ordering that and the catfish and grits so, I ordered a piece of catfish on the side for sampling. It was perfect! Seasoned well but not too salty and gave that perfect crunch at the first bite. Great music playing as well. My son had the pancake breakfast. 😋

Where do I begin. This was one of the BEST breakfast experiences we’ve had. The pancakes were made to perfection with the crispy edges. (the only official way to make a pancake.) the service was top-tier, very friendly welcoming, and provided some great recommendations. It’s a very intimate space but efficient. Customer’s never stopped coming in while we were there, but there wasn’t a crazy wait to receive the food or place an order or the feeling of overcrowding .This will definitely be my breakfast spot moving forward. Y’all our breakfast was so good (see the finished plate shows in our pictures) We turned around and ordered more food for later (had a big back moment but totally worth it) keep doing your thing. The high rating definitely lives up to the hype if you are visiting or you’re local, this spot is a must try not up for debate. AMAZING 10/10 -Chef Jess

I recently had the chance to dine at Chef Flavas Restaurant, and it was an experience that truly lived up to the name. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly prepared food set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic meal. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, each packed with bold seasoning and rich flavor. You can tell the chefs take pride in their craft, because every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. I ordered one of their signature entrées, and it arrived hot, beautifully presented, and full of delicious, well-balanced spices. What stood out just as much as the food was the warm and attentive service. The staff made me feel welcome from start to finish and were happy to answer questions about the menu. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made the visit even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to sit back and enjoy the meal. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, dinner, or a special occasion, Chef Flavas Restaurant is a wonderful choice. I’ll definitely be returning to try more of their flavorful dishes.

I absolutely loved my experience at the Bartlett Breakfast Factory! The food was outstanding — I ordered the grits and catfish, and both were nothing short of phenomenal. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service was friendly and efficient, even with how busy the restaurant was. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars for atmosphere is because the place was very crowded — which makes sense given it’s not a large restaurant and clearly in high demand. Honestly, that just shows how good it is! I can easily see this place expanding in the future. Overall, I’m giving 5 stars because the food and service truly deserve it. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

The food was good I had the fish and grits plus one big pancake and three stripes of bacon,everything was season well the service was pleasant. The only thing I like my grits a little thick and my grits was semi watery I had to put my eggs inside to thicken them up, next time I will have them to make them thicker if possible. But over all the food was amazing. Will go back.

1000/10... The food was amazing and plentiful.. Their grits are full of flavor and cooked to perfection.. Service was quick.. Customer service was top notch.. Definitely have to go back and try more items on the menu..

I absolutely love this place ! The food is superb, and the service is always top tier! The cook Lil Chris makes you feel like a family member that he’s cooking a good hearty meal for. They have a waitress name Liz and she is the sweetest as well . Good food has to come with good hospitality and at Chef Flavors they are serving up both and more . I highly recommend this place and especially those egg rolls and fish which are my favorite 2 items even though everything is amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now thanks to FB ...lol. When I arrived, it looked like I'd have to wait to be seated. It was probably about 95% full. Surprisingly, I was able to access a booth. I placed my order at the counter and got the salmon croquettes with scrambled eggs, grits with cheese (menu listed rice, which could be subbed. Cheese is extra of course) and a piece of Texas toast. I also got a Coke, which is served in a can with a cup for ice. The food came out pretty quickly. For me, everything was perfectly seasoned. I didn't have to add salt to the grits (I don't like pepper in them) and the eggs weren't too wet or dry. 3/22 - on my previous visit, the iwner/chef walked around the dining room and talked to every table, asking how things were and if there's anything they needed. When he got to me, he did the same and suggested I try the catfish and grits. That's exactly what I did thus time. The grits were perfectly seasoned. In addition to the toppings in the picture, there was a cream sauce on it that they don't mention on their websit, but it was GOOD! The fish was seasoned well. I don't like overwhelming seasoning. It was also fried just right for me. Tender and flaky.
